IT'S OUT!!! ENJOY premiered in Bend, OR Sept 8th and blew up the house. Ski industry insiders say Rage Films 2007 ski flic ENJOY will make all skiers beg for winter to come early. Spectator energy was exploding and that made for a mad rush to the bar where ice was being crushed and spread out on the roof of Rage's building. Skis were clicked on and the craziest chinese downhill in the middle of summer went down. Ok that's embelishing a little. It was a huge hit though so check out a stop on the premiere schedule, (Squaw Valley, CA is 9/22) and see for yourself.

The cross over crew (snow, surf, skate, bmx and more) showed up to GH to line up and battle it out all in the name of pride for the Glen Helen Monster Crossover MX podium on Friday. On the line with us were a few members of the moto media industry like Jimmy Lewis from Drit Rider and Branden Lutes from Transworld/Motocross.com along with sandbaggers David Pingree and Broc Sellards who were not in our official race, but started behind us 15 secs later and passed all of us by the 2nd lap. The track for AM days was really fun and prepped well. The uphills and downhill sections are what separates this track from most and takes full committment to stay on the gas. I like dropping into these dh sections. It's almost like throwing yourself down a mountain on skis. The final overall score put me in 3rd behind Steve Martin 2nd(snowcross) and Aaron Cooke 1st (bmx). I also raced the vet B class and took the overall win there up against some of the same guys I raced against in Mammoth this year. The pros had one of the best tracks to race on that I've ever seen. Lots of good action there so check it out on the tube!!! We didn't get an opportunity to speak much with Plake, but we spotted him cruising the pits and around the track's infield several times with a cameraman and microphone, clearly engaged in covering the event. As for Rahlves, the highly decorated professional skier is a huge fan of moto and a rides quite a bit himself. Most recently, Rahlves finished second overall in the Vet Intermediate class on his CRF450R up at the famed Mammoth Mountain Motocross. Here in Glen Helen he took 3rd in the Crossover Comp and 1st overall in Vet intermediate.
